I have intense social anxiety, so mine is usually inspired by being creeped out in a grocery store, or any questionable situation, like a friend told me a guy at a party was going to try to "get with me" when I was belligerent drunk and falling all over the place. I go home and imagine from there. I don't do strange places or fancy people. It has to be plausible or it does nothing for me.
