A couple of things to consider:
For UK residents, it is a criminal offense to own or view pornography that simulates “extreme sex acts”, which includes rape. In the context of mainstream cinema where a rape is part of the plot line you would probably be fine, but just filming a rape scene puts you in murky water.
During any sex act a participant can withdraw consent at any time. Obviously during a rape role play scene, you may not actually realise consent has been withdrawn. At least not until the police come knocking and your lovely role play film is confiscated as evidence.
Nobody, “victim” included can consent to an assault. So again filming a scene could provide evidence for prosecutors.
Not being all safety police and telling you not to do it, but these are things worth considering before filming any thing that either contains or simulates sexual violence.
