Sarah Silverman has a great joke about this, where she talks about not liking the pill and asks a friend what he does for birth control:
"I come on my wife's face."
She thinks about it a moment and says, "I'm going to try that."
Personally, I'd rather come inside (she prefers that, too), but in porn facials are nice, especially that semi-shock look when the hot splash first lands.
