Oh, there is plenty of going back, right now. We're now nearly nine months since the referendum was held, and no further down the path of leaving the European Union than we were on the morning of 24th of June.
If any thing it is further away, between court cases (yes, the British legal system is more or less taking the British population to court), and the House of Lords, things are being intentionally sabotaged and held up. David Cameron should have notified the European Union of our intention to quit in June.
