Came back from vacation through an international connection in miami - we made it home and the entire planes luggage did not...according to American my luggage hasn't been located yet and they are "trying very hard to find it" according to me, after demanding to search through all the arrived luggage at LGA, I found it, so it's in my living room. Their response "sometimes baggaged is handled in such a manner that does not allow proper tracking" no shit....
