RayPist seems to think that by being banned, RC has violated his rights to free speech. But the fact is that these boards are private, not public property. No tax monies go to support them and that makes them private.

The courts have ruled many times on this issue and they always back the rights of the property owner. The best example was a poilitical group that sued over the right to hand out their pamplets at a local mall, believing it was public because the mall is open to the public. The courts said no, open to the public does not make shopping malls public property.

The internet is a big place and webserver space is cheap. Space to host a site like this can cost anywhere from $4-7/month. If Pist wants to make his own rules I suggest he start his own board.

These sites exist to provide a safe place for the discussion of rape fantasy. If the admins or owners of the site decide that someone is not in line with their concept of a safe space, they have every right to ban the individual. Actually they can ban whomever they want. It is private property. They can ban someone just because ........
