And when you re-install Yahoo messenger, be sure to choose "custom installation" and UNcheck the Yahoo toolbar. They are so eager to get their spyware on your computer that they make you go through hoops to find how to prevent it.

I HATE, DETEST, LOATHE AND ABHOR all these toolbars. It seems like every single program I install offers one, and you have to really look for the place where you tell it not to install the f'n thing. Then once you do install it, it takes a complete re-format to get rid of it.
