1) Put down the bottle. It’s really not helping. (Dulling the pain only makes it last longer.)
2) Take that deep breath.
3) Go to bed. As long as you’re past the part where you ‘think’ you’re not gonna wake up tomorrow, you’re fine. If you’re not, then that will come very, very soon… And then the next morning, when you do wake up, it will be a very good day, indeed…
