I walked in to town this morning. Bristol city centre is peppered with Kelly blocks and bollards. Major intersections, entrances to pedestrianised streets, bus stops. I wrote years ago in politics forums that vehicles would become the weapon of choice for any spree-killer unable to access firearms. Gun control supporters laughed.
