A note to all:

There is a tried and true system in place here. When someone comes up with a good lead for a film or in this case an extraordinary new post, it is common courtesy and just good form to give a plus rep and to post your appreciation.

On the other side of the coin, when someone says something decidedly rude and just aggressively stupid, you can give a negative rep.

This, produces a more civil board, builds morale, helps form esprit de corps and produces more effort to make more posts worthy of plus reps.
