I own a pair of nipple rings that clip on as tightly as needed which I often use in my little adventures. They work exceptionally well, although they can be a little tedious to adjust. They work best on big fat nipples.
Like da Mz says, 15 minutes should be the limit. Nipples with rings/clamps are sexy, nipples falling off after being clamped for too damn long is stupidity...
