One of the enduring questions of general rape fantasy and (especially) fiction is: What do you do with the victim(s) when you're done?
Obviously, snuff is easy--and simplistic--as a narrative solution. But the rape-boat, especially in the Indian Ocean, allows for a very realistic and thorough conclusion: the girls get sold off to the network of chiefs, shieks, and mullahs along the coasts of the African Horn and Arabia!
One of my favorite ideas: pass the girl(s) along to that East Asian despot, "Kim Sik Soe!" I'm sure lots of Persian Gulf warlords owe him a favor or two.
