Yes. I love this feeling. Opera does this to me. Native American music also can cause me to feel this.
I believe it has to do with the frequency and pitch of the music and emotional inflection of the voice.
If you ever want to experience this try attending an Opera. It will bring you to tears it's so powerful and overwhelming. Listen to this in stereo... now imagine it were being done live.
