As some of my close friends already know, I’ve had a bout with colon cancer. I am clear and clean now. But, the therapy was a real bitch. My immune system has been seriously compromised. I installed hepa filters in my office and home and I had my people install hydro peroxide plasma emitters in both my home and office. Last Friday, one of my manufacturer’s reps came in for his bi-weekly visit. The bastard had the sniffles. I now have full blown kick ass flu/cold/who knows what.

North Texas has for some unknown reason become a new place for a Nam style monsoon season. But, the world doesn’t stop. I feel like hammered horse shit. Both of my horses have been in their stalls for four weeks while I continue a valiant effort against hoof rot. With the unseasonable excessive rain, my pasture is now a swamp. Cut worms have devastated my Costal Bermuda grass.

My stock tanks have overflowed into my pasture and there are small catfish with Egrets harvesting the fish at random. The smell is disgusting.

My lovely wife prepared some venison tonight that was cooked with 2/3 Chipolte sauce. She steamed some fresh asparagus from our garden. But, it had no taste. The wine tasted like kerosene.

This evening, I was sicker than a dog. I couldn’t get my tractor out of the shed because of all of the rain and the resulting mud. I fed my Black Angus Cattle 600 lbs of range cubes and went to the house with my ass dragging behind far behind me.

There was a wonderful harvest moon this evening. That was such a waste. Not even a pair of yellow leotards with the snaps in the crotch could aid my condition.

Cut me to the quick and partially amputate almost any appendage and I’m good with that. Give me a common cold and I become a whimpering pussy and become a whining little baby.

I just need some oxygen!

With respect to all,

HRH

That's what I like about Texans. They NEVER complain. Sorry mate, you left yourself wide open.
