Was watching a documentary today about Nepalese tribes who have sky burials, they take their dead up in to the mountains and leave them for the vultures, because the ground is too hard to dig a grave. Then I remembered the Pharsees in Iran who do something similar, hanging the bodies of the dead in towers for the vultures to eat. I wondered if they share a common ancestry.
