I would bet that it is perhaps the other way around ... I am betting there are profiles listing male which are actually female.
perhaps this may sound converse to all general internet theory however I think most women with these specific fantasies don't want ANYONE to have a clue about it ..even if it's just some online geeks.
I was introduced to offline roleplay by a GF and have encourtered many women who at least have a passing curiosity about the helplessness of such a scene.
oh and I don't count my self as a transgender profile ..I'm only a militant lesbian on the inside... the plumbing is outdoors.
