FuckingRotter beat me to it: The problem with most rape/blackmail scenarios is exactly what you've come up here. Instead of having actual blackmail material, what this scenario gives you is evidence that you've committed rape, and any woman with more than two brain cells to rub together is going to go to (a) the emergency room and then (b) the police, and send the idiot "blackmailer" to prison for 20 years.
