A shirt and some body spray? I think you are reading way too much into that.
Now if she bought you some handcuffs, condoms and viagra, you'd be a fool not to jump her bones at that point. If she wanted to send you some sort of signal, a shirt and body spray is not the way to do it.
I once had a sister in law that was interested in me. While the wife was away she paid a visit. She didn't buy me a shirt or some body spray. She told me she was going to model a new bathing suit. When she came out of the bathroom from changing she was naked. Now that is a signal. I did not misinterpret that!
BTW, I highly recommend any wife's sister. Although the risk is quite high, the excitement level is even higher. And man I could tell they were sisters.
