Really cute & sweet looking schoolgirls are very elusive IRL these days. What's out there? Slutty caricatures on the hard-core porno sites. In my area (US Northeast, urban) the girls at the few remaining Catholic schools wear mismatched hose (sometimes punk/torn), shirt-tails out, and irregular skirt lengths. Not slutty, even, certainly not sexy--just sloppy!
Conservative Protestant schools? A little better there, but usually below-the-knee skirts and polo shirts. Neater, cuter, but not sexy-sweet.
Secular prep schools? Girls tend to wear khakis and polo shirts. (Yawn...)
I find a few cute images on retro sites, and creative searches on flickr and photobucket ("retro, catholic, uniform, skirt") can sometimes turn things up.
But the really cute I'd-do-anything-to-get-up-those-pleats look? Gone with the petticoat!
