Here is a good result for a change. Pokemon players in England came across thieves and called the cops:
"Police have hailed the actions of some enthusiastic Pokémon GO players after they reported an alleged theft in progress while they were out trying to catch 'em all.
South Yorkshire Police were called to the scene when a group of friends were seeking the tiny monsters on their mobiles.
The gamers, in the Wheatley area of Doncaster, spotted something they believed was suspicious in an industrial area.
The Operational Support team of South Yorkshire Police wrote on its Facebook page that they were "looking for those pesky little creatures on their app [and] travelled down a side road into an industrial [site] and saw something suspicious in a builders' yard.
Dilemma... search for Pokémon or call the cops?
Thankfully these budding search heroes called 999 to report what they had seen.
The spokesperson reports that police apprehended suspects leaving the yard carrying what they believe were stolen goods.
The Facebook post adds: "They were stealing decking, clearly wanting to enjoy the summer sunshine in luxury."
Two were arrested for a commercial burglary and were scheduled to be interviewed later.
The group of Pokémon enthusiasts gave statements before they were allowed to go."
