Police said a 24-year-old was walking down a bicycle path in Manchester when two people approached. One drew a knife and held it to the man’s throat, and the pair demanded his cellphone and wallet.
Officers later captured 29-year-old Raymond Lavigne and 26-year-old Michael Drake and charged them with armed robbery and resisting arrest. Lavigne also was charged with falsifying physical evidence because police say he discarded the phone. "
