Although I don't have the generalized bloodlust that FR has, I also don't feel that doing so would condemn my soul to immortal damnation if I gave fate a a little help.
I believe that there are beings, genetically human but missing a critical piece, who are evil. They feel nothing, have no empathy, and there is no hope for their rehabilitation or redemption. They rape, kill, victimize without blinking an eye. These are the sociopaths. Killing them should be considered a public service, not a crime.
