I suppose that is the fun of fantasy, at the end you hit reset and everyone gets up and walks away unharmed.

The things I fantasised about, well my mine are more of a blackmail, payment in kind thing, stuff that I would never actually do, in fact when I read real life stories of it happen it makes me feel sick (though I must admit incorporating it into a story/ fantasy months later)
