Weirdo, there is a thread in RB in which you can suggest your ideas. Actually, you are not the first one who suggests more explict speech to be allowed and tbh, i would agree.
But i think anyone can understand that topics like "why was Xone banned" or "you like V or S?" do not help the situation.
You know, take a look at members' posts. When i see 7 out of 9 threads dealing with the "whymodsdidthat" questions, sorry, but i start wondering about the reasons he is here.
