I'm curious what your preferred method of communication is...

Also where in the world are you? How do you RP or otherwise communicate with play mates on different parts of the globe?

I'm on the West Coast of Canada...I prefer email, but also like PMing on this site, instant messaging I haven't used much so maybe some of you could suggest their preferred method...
