WTF is up with all the spam here lately?
 

I have been on this site for years and have never seen so much spam! I can't log in without getting a fake message. What is the deal? I have never needed to know before, but where is the report spam button???

Would it be possible to give thread deleting powers to trusted users?

Have no fear the spamminator is here. Let me get a feel for the Mod tools and I will do some serious damage to the spammers.

If nothing else Im sure I can delete there threads as fast as they post them..................well I can at least try :)

they are like roaches,keep comeing back,but the mods do a great job chasing the little bastards into a corner and stomping them,thanks for all the hard work mods!

The http://www.rapeboard.com/images/buttons/report.gif button near the bottom left of every post box can be used to report a post for a variety of reasons...

Although it is not usually used for SPAM but other types of maliciousness...

Stop by the SPAM Alerts! thread stickied at the top of Idle Talk Forum for the best reporting method...

Simply copy the address of the post from your browser address bar... If you are not sure that you have the correct link in the addy bar, left click on the reply count symbol (#2023) in the upper right of the box and select 'Copy Link Location' to get this on your clipboard:

If I need to report multiple SPAM posts, I usually open a notepad document and paste all the links there until I am ready to go to SPAM Alerts! and copy them over in bulk...

i get them one at a time and just add them by editing my spam post

I sort my m&m's by color and save the rarest color for last. Eating them in order of most to least in number...

Just saying...
