I have problem in that I don't really like people. Even my "friends". I mean I tolerate them and tend to act friendly, but I don't really give a shit about them and regard them as people that fill in some spare time.
In my whole life so far I probably have liked my dogs better than most people, except for my kids and grandkids that is.

Oh yeah I had thought of that in the past. But I don't have the criminal tendencies that apparently go with being a sociopath. Realistically I'm an honest working guy that just happens not to like the company of most people. If I could afford to be a fucking hermit, I would become one.

Google Myers-Briggs personality types, that may help explain things. Not every one that doesn't like people has a personality disorder.
