You are probably right about VPN BigAl. I read recently that even Tor Browser is no longer a surefire guarantee of privacy. Apparently lots of pedophiles have been snared who thought they were safe uploading kiddie porn with Tor.

The VPN users have learned a thing or two how secure they were dealing with video streaming from across the pond. Some video streaming sites have effectively blocked any or all VPNs.

It's the last mile problem - you just need to find what you're looking for in the last mile of a connection between the end user and the VPN, or the VPN and the target site, and they know where the VPN is. Some of those last miles are pretty vast easy hunting grounds too.

It's one reason a lot of kinky sites are a lot quieter, that and a few well know leaks by some of the big kinky dating services. People figure if it can happen there, it can happen elsewhere too.

Some places across the pond are also becoming openly hostile to sex sites, not that is isn't happen here too, although maybe a bit slower.
