O.J. found guilty !!!

http://www.cnn.com/2008/CRIME/10/04/oj.simpson.verdict/

Quote:

Simpson, 61, and his co-defendant Clarence "C.J." Stewart, 54, were charged with a dozen offenses stemming from the alleged sports memorabilia heist.

Stewart was also found guilty of the same charges as Simpson. Both men will likely spend the rest of their lives in prison.
i wonder if they found him "guilty" of that or the killings of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman ? does it really matter to anyone ?

HAHAHA

This is so funny.

For him to "get away" with murder was pure luck, and I wouldn't say it was "god given" but he should've been content (or maybe he shouldn't?) with that. But for him to think he won't be caught again doing something criminal, well, hahahaha, it serves him right. The lawyer fees for fighting this crime made him bankrupt though, or so I heard.

He's lived his life in intense scrutiny - most people KNOW and conclude he was indeed the real killer but the physical evidence fell JUST short.

It's a good thing that the justice system held up this time. This guy is long overdue for a conviction of some sort.

13 years to the day he got away with murder and they do say 13 is unlucky for sum lol

Sometimes I think this guy, subconsciously wanted to get punished for what he did years ago. Of course, I'm not psychologist but I wouldn't be surprised if part of a motivating factor in his behavior was the fact that he couldn't live with his conscience. So he sets himself up for another crime. One he pretty much knew he could not get away with this time...

Hell, I may be reading too much into the mind of a killer, but we must remember that he all but confessed to killing Nicole and Ronald in that book "If I Did It..." He laid it all out there.

But the confession, naturally, didn't bring out the redemption he expected. It may have acted as cathartic exercise, but it couldn't silence the screams of his inner demons. So now he is asking for punishment.

Anyways, enough of "Amateur Psychology Hour Presented by Rasputin!!!":skull-big

 this was a bullshit conviction, 13 years for stealing back your own stuff, there is no doubt the jury really was convicting him of the murders, which he comitted, beyond a shadow of a doubt.

I think its a case of a guy who richly deserves to go prison for life being sent there, but for the wrong reason. No sympathy for OJ, his partner got screwed though, 13 to life for something that should be a year or two tops.

1 or 2 years lmao, if u cant do the crime springs to mind. this is why people in the uk are going mental with each other because we have soft laws and nice prisons, im glad OJ is going down and for a long time becauses he broke the law and is now being punished for it

Not to me. I don't know if he murdered those two peopel 14 years ago ( Despite popular conjecture) but honestly.. what do i care if a has been football player goes to prison?

I've taken an interest in Simpson ever since a girl I met a couple of years ago began calling me O.J. Because of the leather gloves I sometimes wear.

I think I does matter to me. Whilst kidnap and armed robbery hold a big place in my fantasy and I would love to carry them in to real life role play, this man is a criminal and should be punished.

It is a pity that such a great talent has been wasted though. I would also like to say that I am glad he wasn't convicted for the murder years ago, not because I believe him innocent, but because the jury did their duty and listened to the evidence and followed legal procedure.

I think he's getting what he deserves. Whether he got away with murder 13 years ago or not....the jury's decision to find him guilty this time was just.

Just goes to show that you can't bring your buddies with guns into someone else's room and try to take stuff that isn't legally yours.

These guys lack in judgement are gonna cost them.
