Dear members.

Sadly I have to advise that Robert K Graham (batfink) passed away on 17th June aged 73 in Queensland. I'm sorry not to have informed you sooner but I had forgotten about his interest in this site.

Bob was the coolest dude on this board. He was intelligent, articulate and endowed with a remarkable and perverse sense of humor. God damn, I will miss him! This board will miss him.

I almost had him talked into coming to Texas and joining me on a dove and quail hunt with the obligatory feast that always follows! Then, that damned cancer showed its ugly head.

I sincerely believe we will have that hunt and the following feast. It just will not be on this plane of existence.

Rest in peace Bob! Rest in peace my old friend!

I missed this earlier, but have now stuck the thread. This is very sad news and the loss of good ole batffink is a loss for the whole world as he was a man of style and substance both! Rest in peace my friend and we'll see you on the other side!:skull-bee
