Not much point in being specific about it, because I'm one of those who tends to change theirs from time to time, but I will usually use something that I made myself, either a photo or a drawing, since those are the images closest to what is in my head. Same with my profile picture.

I'm very much into comic books. I'm also a huge fan of the greatest graphic novel series ever: Preacher. The avatar is the hero of the story, Jesse Custer.

I picked mine years ago, when I took all of this way too seriously. If I remember there was a certain member who had developed something of a cult following that at the time I thought smacked of cyber fascism, hence the avatar, "don't drink the koolaid" looking back, pretty silly
