No, not because you have an opinion, but because you apparently read about 1/2 of someone's post in order to form that opinion. You also seem to take everything as a personal insult.

I can’t counter your claim about Sasha, kissing your ass after finding herself in your crosshairs. It seemed to me she was hoping by doing so that you’d cut her some slack.
I understand why Sasha, rubbed some RB members the wrong way, I often found myself thinking, “Why did she have to say that”

But GC, is not Sasha, she has merely asked reasonable questions that deserved of a reasonable answer. Like GC, stated, RD was her first and only board before coming to RB. She and others were use to being able to give suggestions on RD on how to make the site better; there was a sticky for such. I just think that you read too much into the questions asked or suggestions made. You take them as being snide remakes when most likely that was not the intent at all. I think it is a good policy to give a person the benefit of the doubt before assuming the worst of them.

I will say this to my friends from the former RD; the Rowdy Room is everything the warning at the door says, that will not change. FR is who he is and I don’t see him changing anytime soon. If you don’t want any don’t come in the Rowdy Room because you will find it.

Keep posting pictures of your rack and perhaps the Israelis and Palestinians will learn to live in peace, ND. :D

That says a lot. And I can’t say ND, is alone in that summation. What I see is high traffic in the movie threads. But on the interaction forums, aint a whole lot going on.

Nothing new there Jwham. The movie sections here have always had the highest traffic.

The Palestinians will just want to stone her to death for it. Perhaps a few Israelies too?

I appreciate the compliment. I understand that you don't give them out easily which makes them more meaningful.

I do hope you'll give GC a second chance however. She does speak her mind but never out of malice. She's one of the sweetest people I've ever met, and yes, awesomely rapeable. I figure the last would appeal to you most.

Carls speaks truth. She's a sweet woman, and if you've seen her pics, smoking hot. I mean like really really smoking hot, id do her and I'm straight, that says a lot.

I realize I'm late to this party, and I certainly do not wish to wade into the crap torrent. But couldn't a good portion of this disconnect be avoided if the RD folks established a foothold in the discussion and story forums? If those areas are less trafficked by the RB core members, it seems that would be the perfect opportunity for the RD'ers to carve out a niche and assimilate into the board.

In essence, its almost tailor made. Its almost as if RB has unwittingly gifted the newcomers their own patch of land on which to start a new life. They are in effect saying "Okay, you guys jumpstart the discussion and story sections which we don't often frequent. Maybe some of us will become interested and join you. In the meantime, come check out our movie section. Perhaps you will enjoy that aspect of the board and join us." With the exception of not having an active chatroom, which had a devoted core membership, it seems that the opportunity to recreate a good deal of what we had has been presented to us ready-made, along with the chance to explore some multimedia that RD did not afford.

I can't really see a lose-situation here, allowing the expected uneasy acclimation period of course.
