Story idea: Law & Order SVU - Evil Olivia
 

It would help if you are familiar with Law and Order: SVU. But I can supply background if you want.

The idea is that detective Olivia Benson is faking the compassionate act. Really she is a spotter, kidnapper, and trainer/torturer for a slave trading and/or film making operation. Totally sadistic and brutal, mostly prefers women victims. When she hears a victim telling the details of her ordeal, she gets aroused and for the ones who are pretty and already half broken (or just who look like it would be fun to own), she thinks about what she will do to them once she has them.

There are all kinds of possible scenarios, maybe a line something like "for Olivia, the best part about her job, other than access to a steady supply of slaves, was all the wonderful, brutal ideas it gave her for torturing her victims". Maybe she goes back alone and starts comforting and/or seducing the victim, then puts the cuffs on. Maybe she sees her partner's (Stabler) daughter (any or all of them, according to the show wiki, born 84, 89, 93, the story can be set whenever you like, just remember to do the math and leave out any who would be under 18 at that time) and can't resist taking her, then enjoys thinking about what she has been doing to the girl while she plays the concerned friend to her partner. Or maybe one of her first victims was her first partner (from before the series) and the partner's current owner calls her in to finish her.
