Is it quiet on RB...
 

...or is it just me? I seem to recall there being a whole lot more activity...is it just a lull? I mean, I know there are times I don't log on to RB for months. Just wondering.

rb has it up and downs mabe it could be holdays or not not sure.

We had a flurry of activity when all the rape desirists arrived here. Many turned tail and fled again, a few stayed. This influx in turn brought a few old posters turned lurkers back out of the woodwork. Also a few hardcore members took heart in this and started posting more.

Then we've seen a few of those hardcore members throw a strop and bugger off for a few weeks. Things often go quiet when this happens - nobody to bounce off. I for one like seeing that hard core around, even if I don't necessarily get on with all of them. There's history, we know which buttons to press both for good and ill, so can usually get a discussion going that way when a few of us are around.

The video sections seem to have as much traffic as ever. It's the games and discussions that have gone a bit quiet.

Don't thank me, others may not agree, it's just how I see it. Rape desirists, people who came here when rape desires went tits up.

It comes and goes. Also depends on if someone feels like posting. I know I lurk in here for long periods of time, but still try to keep up on the posts even if I'm not actively responding. Depends on the mood I'm in I guess. But this also holds true for other boards too from what I've seen. Even tech support ones go through it even though you would think not.

Holiday season might also play a part in the low activity. That and cabin fever. :)

I came here from RD. Personally, I miss RD and preferred the style of that site. I appreciate that there is another site that I can visit, but I'm not as addicted to RB.

I think you need a thick skin to play in the Rapeboard playground.
