I have always liked the traditional type of story of Mum, Dad and 18 year old daughter and her best female friend on a hiking trip. Dad wanting to get back to nature, daughters bored by the whole thing. They run into a group of hillbillies (with perhaps a vicious female member of the group) which leads to every possible combination of gang rape. Dad has to watch, and possibly forced to join in.

Another I like is a shop hold up. Mum, dad and daughter are in the shop and the gang make the mother do everything they please to save the daughter from being raped but then after they have finished with the mother they rape the daughter anyway. Imagine the father's humiliation as he is unable to protect them or intervene as his wife is slowly stripped, forced into various sexual humiliations and fucked in front of him before the daughter suffers the same experiences.
