Looking for an older story
 

Hi all! I apologize if this is not the correct place to post this, but I’m hoping to find a story I read years ago that may have been posted here or possibly RD. The search has been KILLING me. I don’t remember the title but I do remember some details:

I think the main location was set on a mountain, possibly IN a mountain. A man kidnaps a woman and brings her there. At one point she disobeys him and he puts her in some hatch in the ground for a long time and she ends up peeing herself, and when he goes to check on her she tells him she’s sorry and he’s surprised to hear that she genuinely means it. He often makes her walk on hands & knees with a collar and leash, and sometimes puts her in a cage.

He later invites a group of friends over to rape and abuse her and they do, but then (iirc) he gets jealous/mad because he wants her to himself and sends them away.

Later on the setting is in some sort of safe house where he leaves her with his friends and they’re in a hot tub passing her around, at this point she has stockholm syndrome and enjoys getting fucked by all of them. I think they might be in the military or something?



This is all I’ve got to go on, but man this story has stuck with me for many years and I’d love to read it again. I appreciate any help. :)
